The Mission of the Division of Student Affairs’ Student Leadership Institute is to promote exceptional students who have demonstrated leadership qualities such as team building, problem solving, dedication to community, and respect for diversity. The Institute will serve as a resource center for students and educators committed to leadership development, and provide a support network for all leadership candidates and alumnae. The Institute’s educational activities will include a recommended curriculum of course work, programs, workshops, intergroup dialogue, service project, journal of activities, formal presentation and a 3-day annual retreat at the Minnowbrook Conference Center.
